GENERAL
I retain all copyrights to my work, including, but not limited to, the right to distribute, reproduce or use the images as samples for self-promotion. I reserve the right to refuse your request if I am not comfortable with the request.By commissioning me, you are accepting all of the details of this TOS, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable federal, state, and local laws.PAYMENTS
All payments will be made through VGen, Ko-Fi, or Paypal.REVISIONS

- Your commission can take from 1 day to 1 month to be completed.
- Feel free to ask about progress and I will inform you if it takes longer than expected.
- Deadlines are acceptable, but the deadline must be disclosed and approved by both parties prior to payment.USE
Commissioners may:
Use the artwork for personal purposes (e.g., profile pictures, banners, prints).
Use the artwork to customize monetized platforms (e.g., YouTube, Twitch, Patreon).
Claim rights to their character(s), but not to the artwork itself.Commissioners may NOT:
Use the artwork commercially unless previously approved (e.g., for merchandise).
Remove my signature or claim it as their own.
No AI training, reselling, re-liscensing, or NFT usage.
No altering or repurposing of the illustration without consent.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain the copyright of my art and the artwork must always be credited back to ‘whimstories’.
Commissions may be posted on my social media with credit to you (or kept private if requested). I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio or to use for samples.
I retain the Rights to Ownership (I can do it for promotion but not to sell as merch.)REFUNDS
- If any unexpected events happen that won't let me continue working on your order, a refund can be made.
- Full refunds are available for canceled orders I haven't started. After sketch approval partial refund (50% or less) can be discussed.
- I reserve the right to decline or cancel commissions due to discomfort or past issues with a client.COMMUNICATION
- Communication will be through an agreed upon platform by all parties
- Two major revisions are allowed after the sketch phase (pose, composition, and expressions). Then two minor revisions near completion (color mood and details). That is 4 possible revisions, free of charge.
- Major changes (complete redraws) outside the revisionary phase will require additional payment.
- Final work will be a 300dpi digital drawing with my signature. Files will be sent via email or file-sharing platforms such as a google drive.PROCESS
1) Fill out the request form
Please send as many references as you can for poses, color schemes, and expressions. This way we can agree on an idea that best suits what you are looking for.
2) Discussion of pricing, time limit, etc via agreed platform
3) Payment
4) Artist will send rough sketch for revision
Two major revision are allowed here-- ex. pose, composition, prop adjustments, etc.
5) Artist will send flats for revision
Minor revisions allowed-- ex. color palette or overall mood of the piece.
6) Artist will send final render for revision
Minor revisions allowed -- ex. add/change final effects or strengthen lighting/colors/detail
7) Artist will send a google drive link containing the final piece via agreed platform
